The Process

We start with our proven Power BI templates and create a permanent link to your source data, amending all layouts / variables to ensure the optimum fit for your business. We then discuss any bespoke reporting requirements - we appreciate that each business has its complexities and a "one size fits all" approach does not work.  The content of the agreed final app is then published to  the Power BI Service, enabling user-specific access to be granted to anyone within your business. Additional functionality can be added at any time, enabling your app to grow and evolve with your needs.

Power BI is not just about putting a fancy front-end on your existing reports. Whilst embracing the graphical benefits to provide powerful and intuitive visualisations, our apps also provide information not natively available in your software; profit calculated on an actual (not "last cost") basis; slow-moving stock analysis and provision calculation; full FIFO stock listings; works order analysis with variance reporting against BOM costs. If the data is in the system in the first place, we can extract it and analyse to your requirements. Our aim is to transform your accounting function with reporting  that is "live" and accessible. 

We work alongside your existing Sage 50 / CIM50 and IT support network; we allow them to focus on supporting your software infrastructure and tailoring it to your business whilst we focus on the creation of bespoke and interactive reporting.
